Kern County Honor Music Festival March 14 in Bakersfield
Eight Richland Juniors join 400 Kern County fourth through eighth graders at the 44th annual Kern County Honor Music Festival on March 14 at 7 30 p m at the Bakersfield Convention Center. The event features a 120 piece honor band a 180 voice honor chorus and a 95 member honor orchestra with guest conductors Ellen Sanders Phillip Witmer and Duane Weston.
