Richland Board Acts To Alleviate Crowded Rooms

New Water Lines Planned for Sierra Vista Tract
Ditches were dug this week for water lines to the Sierra Vista tract on the town’s southern edge. Officials from the Shafter Public Utility District announce 1,800 feet of six and four inch pipe will be laid and connected to mains in the Nickel tract.
