Condors Visit Shafter Youth Center For Hockey Fun
Bakersfield Condors players Jay Hamann and Baby Cal visited Shafter Youth Center to teach kids hockey and share team history including affiliations with the Edmonton Oilers. The Bakersfield Blaze and Heater the Dragon joined, with autographs and a lighthearted session before safety reminders and a Zumba finale led by Sarah Velarde. Earlier, a Wassco crash left five injured after a stop sign violation at Magnolia Avenue and Kimberlina Road.
