Wasco Man Released After Plea Of Malicious Mischief
Jody James Rumsey of Wasco one of the so called BB Banditos was released from jail by Shafter Justice Court judge Harvey Gaede after serving 179 days of a 180 day term. He pleaded guilty to 24 counts of malicious mischief and must pay $250 in fines and report monthly. Co-defendants Danny Cobb Larry Franks and Robert Knox also pleaded guilty and await sentence modifications.

City considers land outside limits for park and drainage
