The first public showing of a miniature collection of noted pioneer California buildings will be at the California State Fair in Sacramento September 2 through 11. The display includes the Mark Twain cabin on Jackass Hill and the first California public school at Columbia built in 1853, placed in the fair education department. About 12 buildings on a half inch to the foot scale, owned by I. J. Otis, were described after his trip to New York on a radio hobby hour.
