New Nick's Louis and John Chelossi Take Over Shafter

New owners Nick's in Shafter are brothers Louis and John Chelossi. They took over in early June, adding Italian Thursday dinners. They previously co owned Jumbo Burger in Silverton Oregon for 18 months and plan to move to Shafter soon. The brothers sought a restaurant for six months and found Nick's a good fit with broad menu and friendly locals. Nick's operates Monday to Saturday 10 am to 9 pm.
