California DMV warns renewal must be paid by February 6
Herman Sillas of the State Department of Motor Vehicles warns California motorists to renew registrations by February 6 to avoid penalties. The DMV has mailed six million renewal notices to current registrants and will send up to 200,000 more for Christmas present vehicles.
