Shafter Police Chief Gene Kaplan and Fire Chief Cliff Ratzlaff announce a 100 reward through Secret Witness for information leading to arrests in a string of trash container fires on February 24. A separate armed robbery at mae Market left one suspect detained and another sought, with a blue steel revolver shown during the incident.
