Shafter Chamber Plans April Street Faire and May Festival
The Friday Chamber of Commerce meeting focused on upcoming events in Shafter. The April Street Faire is set for April 13 and the John Strong Variety Show arrives April 23 at the Veterans Hall. The 20 year event is free for students based on adult ticket sales. A brochure promoting Shafter is in progress. The library marks its 25th anniversary on April 6 with Jack Anderson attending.
