Services Held for Ella Lena Whicker
Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Shafter with Brother R. Monroe officiating. Interment followed in Shafter Cemetery. Ella Lena Whicker, 79, died February 24 in a Bakersfield hospital. She was born November 25, 1879 in Missouri and had lived in Shafter.
