High school seniors visited Pacific College on Friday February 16 with activities from 7 45 a m to 5 30 p m. The day included a campus tour a barbecue dinner and attendance at the Pacific College versus Stanislaus State basketball game. Pastor and Mrs Henry Dick attended with several accompanying guests.

Snow Trip Ends With Girl's Broken Leg At Shaver Lake
Fourteen year old Joan Ashworth suffered two broken leg bones during a Shaver Lake Snow Trip with the Episcopal Young Church group from St Mark's. Women's Fellowship Luncheon and Meeting at Union Congregational

Starlight Circle Plans Roast Beef Dinner in Wasco
Starlight Circle members met at Ruth Anderson’s Wasco home for a 12:30 potluck luncheon on February 19. Zada Robinson named committee chairs for the annual Roast Beef dinner set for Saturday evening April 27 at the Wasco Masonic temple. Plans for serving the dinner were completed. Next meeting is March 18 at Lenora Porter’s home.

Shafter Wrestlers Advance to Valley Tourney at Reedley
