At Hillsboro Kansas she majors in history and music and serves as accompanist and church choir singer. Robert Lee Richard of Shafter says he did not receive a notice to appear in Bakersfield Municipal Court for a DWI charge after his bond was posted. His attorney, D N Jamison, blamed an oversight by the court clerk and a venue change from Shafter Judicial Court to Bakersfield Municipal Court. He was ordered to post $860 bail and a Feb term hearing was set after representation.
