Shafter IT project aids students with donated computers
Captain Bell and ITTC volunteers distribute 20 refurbished computers to local families in Shafter. Six students wait for more machines as city and private partners back the effort, stressing job opportunities for youths and community pride. A girl asks what happens if a computer blows up during the event. News crews cover the ceremony.
