Stabbing homicide in field near Highway 46 draws probe
Richard Wayne Isaak 27 of Bakersfield found dead in a field described as a half mile south of Highway 46. He suffered multiple stab and possible gunshot wounds. Deputies say the homicide happened overnight at that location. Separate nearby killings last month involved stabbing. No connection yet. Also noted: a shooting at Lost Hills trailer park left David Garcia 24 dead. arrests pending. A Wasco couple were arrested for solicitation of murder tied to Mrs Tankersley’s ex-husband case. Lost Hills theft of over $8,000 reported from a safe August 13.
