CHP STRIKE Force begins pilot operation in Bakersfield area
Captain Welby A. Cramer announced Bakersfield Area will join a STRIKE Force pilot due to attrition and a hiring freeze. The plan sends extra officers from surrounding areas to high problem zones, starting with Highway 184 between 58 and 223.
