Second tax installment due April 10 2009 in Kern County

The Kern County Treasurer and Tax Collector reminds property owners that the second installment of real property taxes is delinquent if unpaid by 5 p.m. on April 10, 2009. Pay in person or postmark by date to avoid a 10 percent penalty and a $10 delinquency fee. Pay online, by mail, or in person at the KCTTC office.

Annabel Thompson Parlor and Kitchen to Open April 11

A note from Out and About reports completion of the Stove at the Depot with a stovepipe and Brenda and I hanging pictures.
