Writ of Attachments Filed Against Harringtons Nickle Plate Circus
A writ of attachment was served on Harringtons Nickle Plate Circus during a Tuesday night performance at the B. and O. lot. Frank Sotire, a Japanese trapeze performer, filed the attachment through attorney Edward S. Lustig in John Congdon’s court. Sotire claimed he was discharged and owed 46 dollars in salary. a police officer helped secure a compromise and the attachment was discharged as the show moved to Columbus.

Air Tour Gets Away On Flight To Louisville
The fifth annual Indiana state air tour visited Seymour on its first leg before heading to Louisville. Mayor Burkart City Engineer Mather and Councilman Riley joined 37 ships and over 50 people for the flight, with 33 planes in the air within twenty minutes and the mayor taking his first airplane ride.

Corn Club Seeks Jackson County Members for 1933 Enrollment

James Sullivan proprietor of the Sullivan Cafe in Rockford suffered a severely torn right arm after a pet bear named Archie attacked him while feeding the bears outside their cage. Boy Dies After Bright's Disease Attack in Michigan
John C. Daniel Jr. aged ten and a half died at 6 30 AM at his grandmother's home near Kurry Michigan after a brief illness from acute Bright's disease. Born December 11 1922 in Bedford he moved to Detroit with his parents and was a member of First Corando Baptist Church. He leaves five siblings Lows twelve Fred eight Billy five Louise three and Carol Allen six months. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 PM from Houston Christian Church with Rev Buck officiating and burial in Houston cemetery.

Two Seymour Women Injured in Edinburg Collision
