Damages Sought in Three New Jackson County Suits
Five new cases filed after the May term ends at Jackson County Court. Three suits against Baltimore & Ohio Railroad seek a total of 26 000 dollars for a March crossing train crash near Seymour that killed Elmer Sweet and injured Irven and Emory Sweet. United Brethren Pastors Meet at Columbus Today
