Mrs Hamilton Sues Over Lewdness Allegations In Court
In a $20,000 damage suit filed Friday in Winfield, Mrs. J. W. Hamilton accuses Rev. J. B. Meloy and others of circulating a false story that she was seen with Dr. F. D. Martin on May 6, 1907.
