Ellis D Robb and wife return from the world's fair, which Ellis calls the greatest exposition. Mrs W S Porter returns from Grand Lake Colorado. her husband joined a hunting trip. Miss Hortense is en route to Des Moines for musical studies. Mrs P is healthier than last spring.

The New Store runs a Ladies' Exchange in the grocery department on Saturday selling chicken pie pumpkin pie apple pie cake baked beans brown bread white bread meat case and other fresh goods for shoppers.

Iowa Falls bank attorney O M Nagle filed a statement to Judge Evans denying rumors that the Home Savings Bank urged a lighter sentence for E O Soule. The bank says Soule discharged his debts and restitution was made, a claim questioned by local critics as unauthorized by bank officers.
