A Brilliant and Happy Wedding in Hidora
The Hidora social season’s highlight was the October 4 wedding of Miss Genevieve Hardin and Mr. Andrew Stevenson at the Hardin home. Rev. George L. Robinson officiated with Dr Ephraim Adams assisting. bridesmaid Miss Floy Forker and best man Frank White attended. The ceremony featured white liberty satin and pink satin gowns, a bride’s roses bouquet, and a wedding collation with guests from Hidora, Chicago, and distant cities. The groom, a Chicago rail veteran, serves as chief rate clerk of the Western Passenger Association. The newlyweds planned a post ceremony Northwest tour and return to 1437 Kenmore Ave Chicago after November 15.
