Raymond Satchell of Oskaloosa and Miss Ethel M Boody were married at the bride’s mother Mrs Ellen Boody home in Eldora at noon on November 21 officiated by Rev W E Stanley pastor of the First Baptist church. Guests included out of town relatives and friends and the couple planned to reside in Oskaloosa.

Two Iowa Attorneys Seventy Years in Practice
Two prominent Iowa lawyers with over fifty years of continuous service in this city claim the distinction as the oldest in the state. William J. Moir, eighty one, began practice in Plymouth Indiana in August 1854 and Henry L. Hult, seventy six, started in Muncie in August 1853. Both have served in the Iowa legislature, with Huff noted as a national delegate.

Officers and committees will meet in council rooms Saturday December 2 1905 at 3 p.m.

Called to Her Reward Mrs Martha Newcomer Dies at Son's Home
Mrs Martha Newcomer died at her son J D Newcomer’s Eldora home at 12 25 am Monday in the 14th year of her age. She was born in Fayette county Pennsylvania and married John Newcomer in 1852. She moved west in 1867 to Toledo Iowa and later came to Eldora two years ago. Survived by ten children including J D of Eldora A D Tama George W Toledo Clark Uniontown Pa W S Elgin I W H Santa Anna Cal Charles A Marshalltown and Mrs C H Younkin Otumwa. Funeral was held in Toledo Tuesday at 2 30 pm from the First Baptist church.
