Runaway Couple Detained by Marshal Rinehart
A Han sel Iowa couple Brown and Miss Tucker were detained Thursday by Marshal Rinehart while traveling in a two horse top buggy with two extra horses. They claimed a larger party including Tucker’s brother and another girl. younger couple sent home. The sheriff of Franklin county had not been alerted about ages. The Wellsburg incident prompted the detainment and a warning to the couple.
