C E Greef closed a deal Thursday transferring Union and Steamboat Rock yards to Midland Lumber Co. Union Lumber Co and Steamboat Rock Lumber Co will operate along the Iowa Central with Ottumwa units and more yards planned. Attending were A B Storms of Ottumwa Mr Hoover of Freeport Ill and O S Hitchener of Ottumwa. The new company will take possession at once.
