Conferees agree to curb rural free delivery carriers from soliciting or handling merchandise beyond patron requests after July 1 1904. Carriers may transport merchandise only when not interfering with official duties under postmaster general rules. Also includes condolences from Eldora Modern Woodmen camp to the family of a deceased member.
At the regular meeting of El Dora Camp No 394 M W A dated May 2 1904 resolutions were adopted mourning the loss of J D Hunter a charter member and esteemed neighbor. The resolutions praise his noble character and willingness to aid others while expressing humble submission to God’s will.
