Negroes urged to become valuable workers for respect

It condemned mortgage schemes and promoted home life, literature at reduced rates, rural delivery, and phone access. It urged intelligent farming, up-to-date tools, and stable conduct, warning boys to outpace girls in effort and to strive for excellence.
