Eyerley Is Acquitted In Warsaw Murder Case

The jury freed Eyerly at about 11 a m after a trial that began Friday evening. The case involved the killing of Hunter, brother in law of Eyerly, at his home near Lincoln. Witnesses described a long dispute between the families and a gunshot ended Hunter’s life. After the verdict, the Eyerly family held a reunion in Warsaw, and Everly surrendered to authorities following the shooting.
