Bryan special arrives in Katy for visit to Elks Hotel

The Bryan special from Clinton reached the Katy depot at 6 PM on Wednesday evening. The distinguished visitor was taken to the Elks hotel in Capt. Stevens’ carriage drawn by four black horses. Along with Mr. Bryan were State Chairman Rothwell, State Secretary Mitchum, State Superintendent Wickman, Secretary of State Cook, and Ton John Knott. All sat on the stage that night.

Pettis County Log Rolling Reorganization in Sedalia
