Sedalia remembers Henry C Adams a former Bazoo reporter who later worked in St Joseph and Spokane. He died in Spokane on October 14 1890 after a life marked by talent and intemperance. his wife Ella Odenck first married and later died.

Carrier pigeon test sent from Jeffersonville to town
County Clerk R H Gray released a carrier pigeon from the courthouse dome to test a government war department delivery route.
