Tragic Evansville Murder by Neighbor Ends in Suicide
In Evansville Indiana on Sunday morning Everett Conway killed W C Garrison and Garrison’s wife, fatally wounded Patrolman Wallis, lightly wounded Davidson and Adam Crawford, then killed himself. Conway kissed his wife and baby goodbye before the self inflicted death. The crime arose from a disputed business transaction and neighborly animosity.

A badly decomposed body, later identified by family as Duxbury, was found on the Jefferson county side of the Meramec river near Pacific. He had drowned last October while attempting to ford the river with a hustler wagon. an inquest was deemed unnecessary.
