In Fairmont West Virginia on May 1 Samuel Gicord a Jayenne man caused extensive damage to three B and O locomotives and the roundhouse by suddenly taking a fiery throttle and colliding engines. He was captured, jailed and faces a lunacy charge with possible transfer to Westen asylum.
Senator Lodge argues that the Trans-Siberian Railway, while a grand project, exposes Russia’s weak economic energy.
