Miss Jesse L. Cone assistant treasurer of the Midland Hotel and Fred Tainter stockman from Englewood Kansas were married at 4 pm at the bride’s home 3410 Woodland Ave. The couple planned a six week trip to Chicago and Hartford. This wedding ends a three month run in which five Midland Hotel cashiers wed, depriving the hotel of its staff. Mrs. Tainter has served seven years as cashier and assistant treasurer.
