PARDON SENTENCE FOR STANLEY H PLANT BY GOVERNOR
Governor Stephens pardoned Stanley H Plant who was serving a two year term from Cooper county for receiving and concealing stolen property. Plant, known as Cap Plant, went to the penitentiary in May 1897. He was born in Boonville where his family are pioneer citizens.
