At Madrid bull ring last night a riot left three dead and fifty two injured after spectators booed a Matador’s performance. The manager released two wild bulls into a blacked crowd causing trampling and a mass panic.
A misinterpretation of orders caused a rear end collision on the Pennsylvania railroad at Middlesex. Engineer Daugherty was killed and three railroad men were fatally injured. Over twenty passengers were badly shaken as two engines and four passenger cars were destroyed.
