The Washington Meteor Mining company has closed a contract with Cartersville Foundry Machine for a 100 ton daily quartz mill now ready for shipment. They plan to expand to 1000 tons daily next year and install waterpower and an electric plant. A sawmill is under construction and a large workforce is active on the property.
