New York Oct 28 Cadlgoss faces imminent execution after electrocution is set for midnight. Authorities secure a formal official jury with Erastus Knight overseeing. Dr Me and a prison physician will attend. Relatives appeared indifferent as guards prepared a death watch and final disposition of the body remains undecided.

A lineman for the British Columbia Electric Railway was accidentally electrocuted last night while working on a wire from Goldstream that feeds power to the city. Authorities identified the victim as a railway lineman. no further details were released pending investigation.

A dispute in Georgetown over a $40 transfer ends in court with a verdict for Passolo as witnesses from both sides testified. Passolo claimed Ward paid him late, while Ward and the bartender testified the money was returned on a Sunday. The jury found in Passolo’s favor.
James O Donell collapsed on brick pavement during a lengthy drunken spree. He suffered a several inch scalp gash and was rushed to police headquarters where Dr. Ludlow sutured the wound. Though bandages were applied he tore them off until opiates allowed a lasting cover.

Funeral services for Miss Marymaith Little longtime Beattie General nurse were held yesterday. Rev. J P Lywyd officiated as mourners gathered at her family home and church.
Two sailors J Cooper and Henry Allen clashed in the Snow Bhoe saloon at Fourth avenue and Main street shortly before 9 this morning. Sergt Powers entered to find a general free for all with men and women mixed in. Allen and Cooper were arrested as ringleaders.
The funeral for Charles Henry Daniels who drowned in White River on August 14 will be at Collings Sherman Foley Co undertaking parlors Tuesday morning and proceed to Sacred Heart church for mass at 9 20. His classmates from the College of Our Lady of Lourdes at South Park will be pallbearers. Both parents were in Alaska at the time of the accident and the mother arrived this week to bid farewell to her only son.
