Dr. George Henry Sparling and his wife Marian Sparling were awarded $18,460 damages by a jury in Superior Judge Ralph G. Bell's court. The verdict stems from a November 16, 1921 streetcar collision on Roy Street between 19th and 17th Avenues N. Mrs. Sparling was seriously injured.
