Robbery suspects nabbed after running gun fight
Patrolman Arthur Gunterman led a chase that ended with the arrest of G. C. Howard, 37, after a running gun fight on 14th avenue between King and Jackson. Howard allegedly admitted complicity in the Orientals robbery at 16th avenue and King, where two Chinese men, Dong Sing and Dong Yoke, were relieved of two gold watches and $59. A second suspect is still being hunted Thurway.
