The Northern Pacific Railway will relocate its general offices from Tacoma to Seattle within weeks. George T Eid, assistant to the president, says the move adds about 150 employees and raises Seattle payroll by 450000 dollars annually. The transfer consolidates operating and general offices of the western terminus in Seattle, following the earlier move of the traffic department.
