German immigrant Fred Kraft dies by his own hand after years of trouble
After fifteen years of marriage the German immigrant Fred Kraft of Beattie Seattle area died at home from ingesting aconite following a night of drinking and quarrels with his wife. Kraft left a widow and five children aged 2 to 14. He had threatened self harm several times, and after returning intoxicated he used aconite purchased earlier for medicinal purposes. His body was taken to Putterworth morgue and no inquest will be held.
