Hotels push water rate cut amid dry state pushback

Chickens Trigger Court Fight Over Garden Grievances

In Judge Ralston's court in Judge Smith's department Richard Roberson of Bryn Mawr owned the fowl that visited P. B. Smith's garden. Smith demanded $2 or the chickens, Roberson allegedly warned of harm, then Roberson attended at 6 o'clock leading to a staged 18 round bout. Smith sues for damages.
