Edith Rockefeller McCormick former wife of Harold is linked with Edward Kreon a Swiss adviser. Other matches include Harold F McCormick and Ganna Waleska Polish dancer Mathilde McCormick 1 014 daughter and Max Oser Swiss livery stable proprietor. Harold McCormick declined comment on reports of marrying Ganna Waleska and said he had no interest in the divorce of Mathilde from Alexander Cochran.
Mutiny and dissent among Sun Yat Sen loyalists disrupt Chang Tso Lin’s Canton forces near Peking. Sun orders a northern expedition against Wu Pei Fu, but Gen Cheung Chiung Ming refuses to harass the central commander, calling Wu a patriot in the battle against Japanese domination. Robbed of Sun’s aid, Chang Tso Lin’s rapid defeat is forecast.
Babe Ruth underwent tonsil surgery at St Vincent’s hospital this morning to remove persistent tonsil trouble. A bulletin stated the operation was successful and Ruth was doing fine. Ruth wished to be present at his wife’s operation later today and doctors expect him to be at her bedside when it concludes.

Five hundred parents and visiting principals attended the Northwest Products assembly at Lincoln High School along with the student body and staff. A pupil writer Catherine Jones presented the principal play directed by Harry L. Debts with coaches Iane Grindrod and Helen Taggert and costumes by Florence Cotterill. The school orchestra directed by Ernest H. Worth and the Interbay Kindergarten orchestra led by Marie Gordon performed. Lunch was served in the cafeteria and exhibits by the radio club and chemistry department were viewed. The Northwest Products committee of the Chamber of Commerce supplied the programs.
Washington May 4 The soldier bonus bill was again submitted to President Harding by the Senate finance committee. Senator McCumber, chairman, will deliver the committee's latest draft to the president to seek his decision on the revised measure and possible veto.
New York May 4. Completing an 8000 mile journey from Mexico City, Harry Sinclair a multi millionaire industrial magnate reached New York to be with his 6 year old son who lay ill. The dramatic trip lasted four days with the father racing to his child's bedside.
Moscow reports Isadora Duncan wed Serge Kanin a 27 year old Russian imagist poet yesterday in a private ceremony. Kanin gains fame through his short imagist verses while Duncan continues her celebrated touring career.
More than seven hundred delegates are to register for the 12th annual State Parent Teacher Association meeting and National Mothers Congress in Tacoma. The three day session will be held at the First Methodist Episcopal church with Mrs Milton Higgins arriving to lead national activities and Mrs C Arthur Varney directing state events. The arrangements are led by Mrs Victor Malstrom as flowers from George Lawlor line the auditorium with paper rhododendrons, the state flower.
Malcolm Douglas prosecuting attorney sent a congratulatory letter to Edwin J. Brown on his election as mayor. He pledged hearty cooperation on law enforcement and expressed hope for harmony to create a safer cleaner community in Seattle.
Police Justice John B. Gordon issued a warrant for J. M. Finley of the Davis Car Co after a complaint by Prosecuting Attorney Malcolm Jas alleges false advertising and a $90,000 stock sale to Seattle investors.
