Chicago March 22 The government case against J Ogden Armour and nine other millionaire beef barons was postponed due to juror illness. Attorney Butler will close for the government and Judge Carpenter will read instructions before the jury returns this evening.
A dispatch via United Press Leased Wire reports Sidna Edwards nephew of Sidna Allen leader of the Allen gang was captured by detectives at Mount Airy New York. He overpowered guards without bloodshed and will be sent to Hillson to join Floyd Allen and his son Victor already jailed there.
Five Chinese men were killed in a new tong war erupting in San Francisco Oakland Sacramento and Antioch Police consider dispatching gun squads to Chinatown to quell the violence The targets included Bom Lang company owner Tom Lang Yee Chow Wo Wong Hong Was Hee Sam and Lee Quenn with investigators tracing the clashes to a peace pact among warring tongs.

Condrey is the grandson of the late Count Charles Neal of Copenhagen and sole heir to an estate valued at 32,000,000 korana, about 8 million dollars.
In Los Angeles on March 22 Sam Davis, 17, an amateur burglar, sneezed during a break in and was discovered by Geo. Bowyer returning to his room. Davis had crawled under Bowyer’s bed while investigating the property. The juvenile court will decide his fate.
Hannah Matsusaki born in Halifax England grew up with her grandparents in Ballard. At 13 she married John Mill a runaway marriage producing two children then divorced. She later married George Matsusaki in Vancouver but soon returned to Seattle. She confronted him at the Sorrento and Alki hotels where tension rose over their fragile union.
