Frank Williame Fred Williams and others named face alleged roles in financing and transporting the arms via Auto Ordnance personnel and associates.
RAWLINS Wyo June 19 Fred Brown an Omaha extremist actor likely will be taken to Nebraska tomorrow officials said. The man known as the mad man was injured and captured in a public safety clash near Medicine Bow Wyoming early Saturday and is recovering from his wounds. He would only say that a hell of a question to ask a man with mental health condition when asked about his alleged crimes.
Five people died when their car was struck by a Pennsylvania train in Logansport Indiana yesterday. The victims were Edward Carson Mrs Edward Carson Jesse Carson Mia Jesse Carson and Harry Dempsey all residents of Onward.
Dublin reports a great victory for the pro treaty Free State party in the Southern Ireland elections. Cork elected Michael Collins supporters while Mary MacSwiney remained the only republican in the constituent assembly. De Valera’s reaction and Coalition contention follow a sweeping defeat for republican forces.
Voters in Minnesota went to the polls to select party nominees for U S senator Congress seats and state judicial and county offices. On the Republican ballot Kellogg faced Ernest Lundeen and Richard B Titus while on the Democratic side Meighen Morris and Olsen competed for the Senate nomination.

Washington June 19 The tariff must be disposed of before soldier bonus legislation is taken up. By a 30 to 9 vote the Republican senate conference rejected McCumber’s motion to delay the tariff and act on the bonus. The conference then approved a 27 to 11 resolution pledging to consider the bonus as soon as the tariff is finished.
Seattle’s population climbs from 315,312 to 394,440 in two years per the new city directory by R L Polk. Business leaders say the rise is larger in effect since many workers counted in the 1920 census were temporary floaters.
