Vincent Harper, author of The Terrible Truth About Marriage, seeks relief from the Seattle Chief of Police Wappenstein who has banned the pamphlet under arrest threats. Superior Albertson denied the restraining order after hearings by Judge Bell. A show cause date of January 18 at 9:30 a.m. was set for the defendant to contest the petition.
