Both suspects were captured, their burglary tools seized, and jailed. Grissey, 20, and Marshall, 24, with Marshall linked to the breakin.

In a Two Step saloon a man named Harris was shot in the wrist while H Clark resisted arrest and was severely beaten by officers. Harris escaped and authorities have not identified the shooter. Clark had no weapon when arrested.
