Merchant Given Time To Plead In Fraud Case
Robert Merchant was arraigned in Judge Morris's superior court on a charge of willfully and fraudulently exaggerating the assets of the National Brokerage company. He was given until Saturday morning to enter his plea. Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Vanderveer read the arraignment along with numerous fraudulent specifications.
