Church killed two men Bernard Daugherty and Carl Ausmus with a baseball bat and later hacked one body in a brutal murder that shocked the city.

He argues laws inadequately separate low and high end offenders, leaving many subnormal youths without proper care. New York February 16 George Tex Rickard famous boxing manager was indicted by a jury on charges involving young girls. Two indictments allege three counts each based on testimony by 15 year old Alice Ruck and Sarah Schoenfeld. They claim he took them to his office at Madison Square Garden and to an apartment on West 40th street. Rickard pleads not guilty and remains on $10 000 bail. He was summoned to appear in supreme court to plead to the charges.
