Gest already has $95,000,000 in suits pending in New York and prepares additional actions in Detroit and other cities. In Everett on February 2 arrangements are under way for the funeral of Mrs. Mary Rodgers, an aged colored woman who died in a fire that destroyed her daughter in law Mrs. B E Solomon’s home Tuesday. Solomon was found on the floor near her bed and had been ill. Investigators believe the blaze began from an oil stove in the room.
