Washington Feb 3 Senator Arkansas offered an amendment to the sundry civil bill to provide about 90 000 000 for hospitals for wounded and disabled soldiers. The amendment would make 5 900 000 available immediately with the remainder usable for the year beginning July 1 1921. Funds to remain available for expenditure.
